Northstar Electric LLC. Is a owner run small business focusing on new construction, remodel and service electrical needs throughout Chittenden county and surrounding areas. We are seeking a motivated business assistant to help us with day to day needs ranging from social media posts, involving, quotes, file management, answering phones and emails, to running errands and any other business related tasks.

About the role:
This position will be in the LLC main office, the ideal candidate posses natural organizational talents and a strong professional background. Someone who is very technology savvy and enjoys taking initiative and can work intuitively to manage all level of tasks, duties and projects as assigned.

Responsibilities:
* Prioritize requests and manage information effectively
* Draft professional correspondence with accuracy
* Create and manage files- Both electronic and hard copy
* Coordinate and maintain calendar for both Buisness and personal
* Provide administrative support to projects and management
* Schedule service calls and small projects
* Complete permit applications
* Manage and Maintain social media accounts
* Communicate materials lists, orders, estimates, etc. as needed
* Daily project overview and communication
* Answering, screening, and directing phone calls
* Running errands, parts and paperwork as needed
Candidate requirements:
* High-school diploma or GED
* Experience in management and communication or able to learn
* Experience with customer communication
* Able to complete Accounting tasks and processing payroll while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
* Self starter with a good attitude
